LEVEL TWO

This is the transition period from Trainee to Stylist. The Trainee is now working a long side their peers and the model is more like a client. The Trainer on hand will check that the procedures have been carried out in the correct manner. The Trainer will report and give feed back to the Manager and the Trainee and this process prepares the Trainee for their final exams.

LEVEL ONE

We provide all our trainees with one full day of dedicated training per week at the Watford salon. This day is full of learning and led by our Trainers Lauren and Carly.

The day requires models of all ages ( minimum age 14 Years old ) and hair types.

Basic colouring is only undertaken on this training day and we advise for you not to bring young children with you and give yourself approximately 2 hours for a haircut and finish. An allergy test is required 48 hours prior to any colour service
